The original Greek feta is ideal for use in salads or as a snack. It has an intense salty cheese taste with a fine unami balance as well as a crumbly texture and creamy bite.

Feta can be used in both cold and hot cuisine. Use it for browning vegetable pies, sprinkling on salads and for serving in the traditional Greek way with cucumber, tomatoes, olives and olive oil.
