The classic Greek yogurt with 10% fat is sligthly more solid in texture than the low calorie version of 2%.

Greek yogurt is suitable for use as a breakfast product, for creams and desserts, for home-made tzatziki and as cream for potato salads.

10% Greek yogurt is thermostable and therefore suitable as a thickener for hot sauces or for baking warm fruit tarts.
