Grilled asparagus with salad cheese and balsamic glaze

Once asparagus season has finally arrived, then it is time to enjoy them! Here the asparagus are accompanied by salad cheese, which provides the perfect salty edge to this delicious summer vegetable.

Break off the woody ends of the asparagus stalks and throw away.

Turn the asparagus in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill them golden either on the grill or in a grill pan, until they have fine ridges.

Serve the asparagus on a dish, and then arrange the tomatoes, nectarines, onion and parsley over it.

Top with salad cheese and drip the balsamic glaze over the dish before serving.
