Pitta bread with peanut butter chicken and Taverna Domyati
Pita bread is a fantastic and versatile food that can be eaten every day, packed in a picnic basket, eaten as a starter or as part of a buffet with delicious dishes from the grill. Try this delicious recipe with pita bread where peanuts, soya, chilli and salad cheese meet in savoury harmony.
Stir all the ingredients for the marinade together and turn each piece of chicken in the marinade.
Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
