- 400 g Taverna Finest salad cheese in block or Taverna Finest salad cheese in cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 chilli pepper
- ½ bunch of flat leaf parsley
- 100 ml (about 5 tbsp.) ajvar*
*Ajvar is a relish made from peppers and aubergines, which can be bought at Turkish/ethnic grocery shops.
Salad cheese dip with peppers
Do you have a little bit of salad cheese left over in the fridge? Then use it for a nice round of pepper dip! Serve with chips or vegetable Sticks.

Peel the garlic and chop coarsely.
Coarsely chop the pepper.
Remove any seeds from the chilli pepper and hack this up coarsely too.
Pluck the parsley leaves.
Add the whole lot into a blender or food processor together with the Taverna Finest salad cheese and ajvar.
Mix as coarsely or as finely as you wish to have your dip.
Serve with vegetable sticks or bread.
